Undergraduate Admission Criteria

a) Architecture: Students interested to take admission must have CGPA 6 in SSC & HSC (minimum CGPA =2.50), or CGPA 6.0 in SSC & Diploma (Diploma=2.50) and also must have science background and skills in free hand writing. Diploma students can apply for their respective department only ( i.e A diploma student of Architecture can apply only in Architecture department.)

b) Engineering: Students interested to take admission in B.Sc. in CE, CSE and EEE must have CGPA 6 in SSC and HSC (minimum CGPA =2.50) and 6 in SSC and Diploma (Diploma=2.50) Applicant must have Physics and Mathematics in HSC (or equivalent) and Chemistry either in SSC or HSC (or Equivalent). Diploma students can apply for their respective department only ( i.e A diploma student of CE can apply only in CE department.)Students interested to take admission in B.Sc. in EEE must have 6.00 in SSC and HSC (O level, A Level or Equivalent) and Diploma students can apply with a minimum GPA of 2.50 in Diploma and SSC (or equivalent)

c) B. Pharmacy (Eligibility): Combined SSC+HSC (or equivalent) GPA of at least 8.0 out of 10. Candidate must pass HSC/ "A" level or recognized equivalent examination in current year or one previous year.

  • Individual GPA in SSC and HSC without any additional subject : Candidate must pass SSC/ "O" level or recognized equivalents and HSC/"A" level or recognized equivalents in Science Group and obtain a minimum GPA 3.0 (in a scale of 5) without any additional subject.
  • HSC/ "A" level:
    a. The student must pass HSC/ “A” level or recognized equivalents with the following science subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics.
    b. HSC/ "A" level Subject wise minimum required GPA.

d) BBA, English and LLB: Students interested to take admission in LLB, BBA & English must have CGPA 6.00 in SSC and HSC.

e) For "O" Level and "A" Level: Minimum GPA of 2.5 in both O Level and A level and total CGPA 6.00 according to the scale of ( A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2, E=1). However, candidates should also fulfil admission requirements of the respective department.

Note: *** Please note that, you will be allowed to attend the admission test based on the information provided. If any deviation found while submitting the documents the admission may be cancelled even after you are selected/passed in the admission test.
